Gratitude is the quality or feeling of being grateful or thankful, according to dictionary.com.
Do you practice gratitude daily? What are you grateful or thankful for right now? Journal all the things you are thankful for today, and all the things from the past. I am grateful everyday I wake up that I get to have coffee…its these simple things. Or how about…I am grateful to have a functioning indoor toliet, or I am thankful for the ability to see, hear, touch, feel..you get the idea.
Journaling can help you start this wonderful process of practicing gratitude. It isn’t just beneficial for your mind; it also helps your physical health as well.
